The project required a full store strip-out over two floors to meet the landlord’s approval and included:
- Removal of shelving and checkout
- Decommission and removal of refrigeration and plant
- Removal of travellator
- Removal of all screed flooring on two floors back to the original concrete
- Removal of all ceilings and studded partition walls
- Removal of canteens and toilets
- Removal of all office equipment including safes
The job was logistically challenging in that the store is on a red route yet our work was completed with the 3 week time frame.
