Our Ethos

Some simple principles that ensure we deliver the very best service we can to all of our clients.

We have been in business since 1984 and over the years have developed a way of doing things that is centred around our customers and our staff to ensure the very best working relationships and the very best work environment:


We want our staff, our clients (and our client’s customers) to be safe above all else. We take safety very seriously as we don’t believe anyone who works for or with A&R Facilities should be harmed as a result. The first thing all of our staff learn is how to ensure their safety and the safety of others while at work. Formal courses, regular team updates and on the job training means that safety is learnt and reiterated. A company director is always on site and their primary purpose is to ensure the safety of everyone at that site.


All companies claim to be environmentally friendly these days but we were considering the environment before it became fashionable, never mind that being environmentally friendly is to be more efficient and, ultimately, more profitable as a business. Recycle, reuse and reduce are the cornerstones of our environmental policy and is something we ask all members of staff to consider regardless of what task they are undertaking.


We always ensure that our clients are 100% satisfied with everything we do for them so we value service to them very highly indeed. As long as it is safe and legal, we will always try to do what our clients ask of us, do it well and do it efficiently.


When we undertake a job we take responsibility. We treat our client’s assets like our own and look always to work carefully and safely so that we create as little inconvenience as possible. When we take responsibility for your assets, regardless of what we do with them, we ensure that you are able to track what we do, when and how.


We believe that by being open and honest with you we can work more effectively for you. Acting ethically and with integrity means that we can be certain we develop the very best relationships with clients, suppliers and staff.


We try always to drive value into the work we undertake on your behalf. We never take our clients for granted and this is reflected in the way we quote competitively for all of the work we do and only price based upon the job you want us to do not on similar jobs we may have done for you.
