Office Block, Lyric Square, London
We have been appointed by HA marks to undertake a project to strip out a 13 floor office block at 1 Lyric Square, London. This project required the removal of:
- All partition walls and ceilings
- Fixtures and fittings
- Raised flooring & computer flooring
- M & E equipment
- Three plant rooms in an environment where no lifting equipment was feasible
- All office equipment
- All doors, door frames and woodwork
- All waste, plaster board and all block work
- Toilets
